The mosque that is being built in New York is an example of freedom of religion. Recentely in New York, a few teenagers fired into a croud of muslims that were praying. Many people do not want the mosque to be built so close to ground zero because they think that the muslims will try to do it again. The muslims have the right to build a mosque anywhere they want because the constution gives them freedom of religion.
