The second Amendment, the right to bear arms

The second amendment, the right to bear arms. Recently in Chicago, the gun law was declared unconstitutional by the supreme court. The law said that no one can own or use a gun in the city. The law was taken to the supreme court by a citizen of the city. Mayor Daley then made it a law that to get a gun, you must get a gun license, take practice at the firing range, and then wait 30 days before you can own a gun.

There will be restrictions for felons and the mentally insane on gun possession. the rights of the second amendment do not protect all people, it does not say that you can have a gun shop because that is not considered to be self defense. In Chicago, no one can own a gun show. There can only be one loaded gun per household, the rest have to be unloaded.
